Facilities Operations Leader

The role of Maintenance Manager involves overseeing the effective management, maintenance and lifecycle planning of assets and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Management: Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of corrective and preventative maintenance in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Leadership: Be a key member of a collaborative team contributing to the development of strategies that support patient care and operational excellence.
To be successful, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or related discipline.
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably within healthcare environments.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management for maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
You will also need to provide evidence of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
