Lifestyle Program Coordinator

Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors? Do you have a knack for creating engaging experiences?

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lifestyle Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle programs that promote social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity for our residents.

About the Role:

  • Develop and design diverse lifestyle programs tailored to the residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.
  • Create and review lifestyle assessments to ensure needs-based programming is occurring.
  • Oversee the execution of planned activities and events, ensuring they are well-organized, safe, and inclusive.
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers who can assist with activities and events.

Key Requirements:

  • Cert IV Leisure & Health qualification or equivalent.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn, with excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork, with a friendly demeanor.
