Compassionate Care Worker Opportunity

This role requires a Certificate III and IV in Aged Care/Disability or completion of the first year of Bachelor of Nursing studies and Level 2 First Aid. A compassionate nature with a solution-focused mindset, smartphone ownership, valid driver's license, NDIS clearance, WWCC (worker check), current first aid, CPR, and manual handling certificates are also essential.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors, providing practical support with light domestic work, personal care, shopping assistance, medication prompting, social companionship, respite care, and transportation to appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to seniors in their homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, light domestic work, and shopping

  • Transportation to appointments and engagements

Requirements:
