The Resident Wellbeing Manager will be responsible for delivering our Everyday Wellbeing promise in villages across regions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement wellbeing programs that promote resident engagement and satisfaction
  • Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs
  • Provide expert advice and support to village teams on wellbeing matters
  • Foster strong relationships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists
  • Promote consistency and celebrate success across regions
