Life Enhancement Professional

The role of a Life Enhancement Professional is to play a vital part in improving the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of our residents.

  • Develop and deliver leisure and recreational activities that foster engagement, motivation, and enjoyment for our residents.
  • Support residents to participate in events such as concerts, outings, and other social gatherings that promote connections and a sense of community.
  • Provide personal care services to residents as needed, demonstrating empathy and understanding of individual requirements.
  • Document activities accurately, including evaluations of resident programs and plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to review and improve activities, ensuring they meet the needs and interests of our residents.

About the Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. Ideally, you will have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging)
  • A First Aid certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Previous work experience in an aged care setting
  • National Police and NDIS Screening Check or the ability to acquire
