">We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead full-cycle enterprise sales efforts, driving custom software, consulting, and digital transformation engagements across Europe and global markets.
">This role requires direct engagement with senior stakeholders, crafting tailored value-based solutions that address real business problems.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Own the entire enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Utilize your network and experience to establish meaningful relationships and land high-value clients
- Lead consultative, solutions-driven conversations with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and value propositions that drive success
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet promises and expectations
- Manage revenue targets, pipeline health, and account expansion strategies
- Represent the company as a trusted advisor and industry voice in key accounts
Requirements:
">- 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within IT outsourcing, digital consulting, or custom software delivery
- A personal network of enterprise and mid-market decision-makers you know how to activate
- Proven success in closing multi-stakeholder deals worth $1 million+
- Strong commercial acumen, understanding pricing models, P&L, and selling value not hours
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Fluent in English; experience working across international markets is a plus
