Job Title: Enterprise Architect Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enterprise Architect Leader to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering new functional solutions, providing ongoing operational support for ICT solutions, and ensuring adherence to time, budget, and scope constraints.

About the Role:

The Enterprise Architect Leader is a senior professional responsible for setting the overall vision, strategy, architecture, and roadmap for enterprise-wide solutions. This role requires strong knowledge and understanding of frameworks, legislation, policies, procedures, and information management requirements relevant to the nominated domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver new functional solutions and provide ongoing operational support for ICT solutions.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and map them to business processes, as well as functional and solution architecture.
  • Ensure a proper implementation from a solution architecture point of view.
  • Lead strategic, large, and complex business process improvement activities aligned with automation or exploiting existing or new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal TOGAF Certification - optional
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Substantial experience in architecture design, particularly within the context of large-scale government projects
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools, as well as the ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions
