
Enterprise Sales Executive

This is a Regional Sales Manager opportunity at a leading cloud security company based in Canberra, Australia.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Federal Government procurement frameworks, panels and decision-making processes, as well as a proven ability to grow a territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business.
- Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals for the assigned territory.
- Develop an overall account strategy leading to a well-executed selling effort into the territory/accounts.
- Focus on new accounts, customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage partners and achieve joint GTM outcomes.
7+ years of successful experience selling cybersecurity and networking technologies including network security technologies such as proxies, next generation firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP and encryption gateways.
Knowledge of government IT reforms and security frameworks (Essential 8, PSPF, ISM, etc.).
Strong understanding of Federal Government procurement frameworks, panels and decision-making processes.
Established network of customer relationships within Federal Government Departments and Agencies.
History of consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives in the Federal Government.
Verifiable track record of exceeding quotas year after year.
Resides in Canberra, ACT with local enterprise customer relationships.
Experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships; pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the assigned territory is a must.
Understanding of enterprise web technologies and SaaS experience.
Travel: within region and occasional interstate travel.
