Job Summary

Quality Officer: Enhance Food Safety and Efficiency

Join a dynamic food manufacturing team in this hybrid role combining hands-on quality oversight with strategic technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control checks and testing across production to maintain compliance.
  • Lead projects that improve processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and nutritional panels.
  • Train and mentor production teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Lead audits, CAPA, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role (hybrid - QC & Technical Lead)
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC/SQF, and ISO 22000 standards
  • Hands-on QC and laboratory experience within food manufacturing
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in recipe/specification management and data-driven quality reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; HACCP/Quality certifications desirable
