Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at the University of Adelaide. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Environment Institute and its associated centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Institute Manager and other team members.
  • Assist with outreach communications, including managing websites, publications, and coordinating events.
  • Support the Institute's research priorities and aid the EI Advisory Board.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work collegially as part of a team and with a wide range of stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in providing financial support and skills in marketing, social media, events, and webpage management.

Qualifications

Certificate III and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
