Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Stock Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of stock availability through efficient inventory management and service delivery from our distribution centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING DEMAND AND SUPPLY FORECASTS THROUGH FACILITATION OF ALIGNMENT BETWEEN BUYING TEAMS, SALES FORECASTING AND SUPPLIERS
  • Maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demands
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure they are informed of Supply Chain changes that may influence service, inventory and stores
  • Planning and execution of promotional activity to enhance sales growth
  • Facilitating business planning/collaboration meetings to keep stakeholders up to date with meaningful strategies to improve service, inventory or efficiency

Requirements:

  • Ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders
  • Supply chain, supply planning or procurement experience
  • A team player with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • A proactive nature and strong problem-solving ability
