Job Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator is a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through our supply chain network.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an inventory plan based on demand forecast vs total inventory
  • Maintain accurate SAP S4 - SKU MRP profiles, supplier lead times, safety stock levels, ROP's
  • Manage Phase In/ Phase Out program to optimize inventory levels
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure fill rate and inventory target and turns
  • Create and maintain inventory targets, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer needs
  • Lead monthly and quarterly supply review with cross-functional teams to gather information and align objectives
  • Optimize secondary warehouses, loans and consignment
  • Provide vendor purchase schedules and support BU's with ad hoc inventory tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree or TAFE Qualified in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
  • 3+ years' experience in a supply/replenishment/inventory planning role
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Adaptable and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in using SAP S4 Hana
