Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to oversee our day-to-day supply chain operations. As an Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods from purchase orders to delivery.
You will liaise with suppliers and 3PL partners to coordinate production, replenishment, and dispatch. Your role will also involve overseeing inventory across multiple channels and locations, ensuring stock accuracy and optimal levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

- Track and manage delivery timelines, troubleshoot delays, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain product listings, collections, pricing, and discounts in e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of online orders via 3PL.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries professionally.
- Support product launches, promotional periods, and gifting initiatives.
