Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll keep dusk's products moving. Managing the journey from our suppliers to our stores with efficiency, accuracy, and care, so our teams can focus on what matters most: creating moments that matter for our customers.
This is a role where detail meets purpose. You'll balance freight coordination with supporting goods-in and warehouse operations, keeping every link in the chain running smoothly. Based in our Support Office, with regular visits to our warehouse, you'll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to make sure our stores are ready to shine - especially during our busiest seasons.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of freight forwarding for bulk purchase orders, ensuring shipments move on time and cost-effectively
- Manage and collate accurate shipping documentation
- Check supplier invoices and packing lists in detail for accuracy, resolving discrepancies and arranging payments with Accounts Payable
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs and SOPs, providing feedback and follow-up to ensure quality and compliance
- Coordinate with Product, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure goods are received, processed, and distributed efficiently
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with suppliers, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders on timelines, changes, and updates
- Support goods-in operations, including system receipting and preparing products for distribution
- Assist with warehouse inventory accuracy, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and stock takes
- Help shape and improve best practices and ways of working across supply chain operations
- Travel to our warehouse once a month, increasing to weekly during peak season, for operational coordination and relationship building.
About You
- 1–2 years' experience in a supply chain logistics coordinator role
- Proven expertise in freight forwarding, with exposure to goods-in and 3PL warehousing operations
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communicator who can build effective relationships internally and externally
- Proactive problem solver with the initiative to find and implement efficiencies
- Able to influence and shape best practices and processes
- Valid driver's licence and access to a car
