We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator for a full-time role on a 4-month basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to support busy supply chain operations while ensuring smooth international logistics, accurate demand forecasting, and strong coordination with suppliers and partners.

The culture is supportive, practical, and focused on teamwork, continual improvement, and long-term success.The Role Reporting into the supply chain team, you'll be responsible for coordinating international orders, managing demand forecasting, and ensuring compliance with import/export requirements.
You'll also play a key role in reducing stock shortages, supporting sales growth, and building strong relationships with logistics providers and franchise partners.
This role would suit someone confident, adaptable, and experienced in international supply chain and logistics environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international orders with suppliers, 3PLs, and freight forwardersForecast demand by analysing sales trends and promotional activityBuild and maintain strong relationships with overseas partners and logistics providersEnsure all import/export documentation and compliance requirements are metHelp reduce stock shortages and support sales growth initiativesShare supply chain updates and insights with the wider team.About YouYou bring proven experience in international import/export logisticsYou're confident with Excel and other computer systems, with strong analytical skillsYou have excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detailYou're a true team player with a proactive, service-driven approachYou enjoy balancing operational accuracy with building strong partnershipsWhat's on Offer$40-$42 per hour + superFull-time role1-day WFH flexibilityOnsite parking availableInitial 4-month contractEmployee perks and engagement activities onsiteOpportunity to join a large, evolving organisation with potential for future growth.This is an onsite position.
