We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Senior Consultant, ServiceNow, in our APAC region. As a high-performing member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch ServiceNow projects and services that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will report directly to the Principal Consultant and work closely with clients to design and implement tailored technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in development, testing, and implementation will be essential in ensuring the quality and timeliness of technical deliverables.

You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with client stakeholders, influencing process improvements and automation, while mentoring and coaching junior team members to develop their technical and consulting capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality ServiceNow project outcomes, with a strong ability to lead workshops as part of a project team. Your proficiency in development tools, such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integration methods, will also be valuable assets.

In terms of qualifications, we require an IT degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science, as well as experience in ITOM, specifically in areas such as Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM. ServiceNow certifications, including CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS ITSM, will also be highly regarded.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around AU$120,000 - AU$150,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
