Psychological Safety Specialist

This is a key role that will play a pivotal part in shaping the firm's approach to employee wellbeing, inclusion, and psychological safety.

  • About the Role:
  • This additional position supports the firm by driving initiatives that positively impact employee wellbeing, inclusion, and psychological safety across all areas of the business.
  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who can lead and shape a positive, psychologically safe, and respectful workplace culture.
  • This person will work collaboratively with senior leaders to design and deliver people-first experiences that promote wellbeing, safety, and care across the organisation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver a wellbeing program that promotes employee safety, care, and respect across the business.
  • Lead the rollout and embedding of the Psychological Safety Framework in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Identify and manage psychosocial risks by conducting risk assessments and implementing targeted strategies.
  • Use data and insights to guide continuous improvement of internal programs and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Required Skills:
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing psychological safety, wellbeing, or mental health programs at an enterprise level.
  • Strong understanding of psychosocial risk management and frameworks.
  • Previous experience in a top-tier law firm, global consultancy, financial services, or other high-pressure setting.
