This is a key role that will play a pivotal part in shaping the firm's approach to employee wellbeing, inclusion, and psychological safety.

- This additional position supports the firm by driving initiatives that positively impact employee wellbeing, inclusion, and psychological safety across all areas of the business.
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who can lead and shape a positive, psychologically safe, and respectful workplace culture.
- This person will work collaboratively with senior leaders to design and deliver people-first experiences that promote wellbeing, safety, and care across the organisation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a wellbeing program that promotes employee safety, care, and respect across the business.
- Lead the rollout and embedding of the Psychological Safety Framework in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Identify and manage psychosocial risks by conducting risk assessments and implementing targeted strategies.
- Use data and insights to guide continuous improvement of internal programs and wellbeing initiatives.
- Required Skills:
- A proven track record of designing and implementing psychological safety, wellbeing, or mental health programs at an enterprise level.
- Strong understanding of psychosocial risk management and frameworks.
- Previous experience in a top-tier law firm, global consultancy, financial services, or other high-pressure setting.
