The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that support employees in adapting to new ways of working.

As a Ways of Working Lead, you will be reporting to an innovative and inspiring OD Leader, with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformational initiatives.

To excel in this role, you will need to be a creative thinker with a passion for driving change. Armed with tools and methodologies such as agile, human centred design or similar, you will have experience in:

  • Psychology, talent, culture, leadership development, OD and/or performance improvement
  • Leading the development and implementation of a significant cultural transformation program
  • Driving a culture of innovation and agility
  • Experience developed in either contemporary corporates or consulting environments
  • Formal change and strategic project management skills with knowledge of contemporary methodologies, tools and techniques

You will bring strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to diagnose and provide strategic solutions to complex business problems, as well as a strong drive for results and the ability to build effective teams to achieve common goals.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in developing and implementing metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
