Job Description
As an experienced Executive Assistant, this role is ideal for someone looking for a supportive environment within an interesting practice area. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support at Partner Level
  • Managing diaries and emails
  • Drafting basic correspondence
  • Supporting monthly billing processes
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team
  • Assisting with client enquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a proactive attitude and eagerness to support a team in a collaborative way. Ideally, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in an executive assistant or legal secretary role. Strong attention to detail and comfort using systems are essential, as well as familiarity with the monthly billing cycle.
