About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our food and beverage team as a Attendant. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a luxury hotel setting, providing exceptional service to our guests.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for ensuring that our F&B outlets operate smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • To provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests
  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • Handles guest enquires in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assure follow up with guests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Food & Beverage management team to ensure that F&B outlets operates successfully and in accordance with brand standards
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  3. Provide excellent service to guests, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Good food and beverage service skills
  • 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Good coffee making skills
  • Ability to work a rotational roster
  • Current NSW RSA Competency Card
