Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant to join our team. If you thrive in a professional, high-end environment and have a passion for providing exceptional guest service, this could be your perfect opportunity.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with precision and care during overnight hours
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Office and Culinary teams to ensure seamless service
  • Provide warm, discreet, and thoughtful service to overnight guests, anticipating their needs
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the IRD work area, ensuring high standards throughout your shift

What You Will Bring:

  • At least 6 months' experience in food and beverage, ideally in a luxury or international hotel setting
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Confidence working independently overnight, while remaining calm and attentive under pressure
  • Availability to work full-time overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • Full-time working rights in Australia
