Job TitleSenior Regulatory Compliance Officer

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging role, managing a caseload of complex regulatory matters and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement legal precedent and knowledge databases to support service delivery objectives.
  • Manage a caseload of files within set timeframes, achieving quality outcomes and organisational goals.
  • Conduct preliminary inquiries, interviews and onsite assessments in a professional manner, preparing regulatory reports and recommendations.
  • Provide regular reports and advice to stakeholders on the status of complaints, investigations and regulatory initiatives.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with complainants and agencies, identifying and implementing early resolution strategies.
  • Support the achievement of timeliness and quality standards by team members.
  • Perform a range of administrative and system activities to ensure the effective functioning of the team.
