About the Role

This role will involve generating media schedules, processing orders, and collaborating with the Ad Operations team to ensure successful campaign execution and meet client KPIs.

  • Campaign activation & optimization: working closely with the Ad Operations and Programmatic teams, you will ensure that campaigns are set up effectively, provide regular updates on campaign delivery, and prepare PCRs for required clients.
  • You will also set up PMP (Private Marketplace deals) in supply-side platforms and activate these deals throughout the campaign period.
  • In addition, you will participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall client support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate media schedules and process orders to support campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the Ad Operations team to ensure smooth campaign delivery and meet client KPIs.
  • Set up PMP deals in supply-side platforms and activate them throughout the campaign period.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client support experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in providing administrative support and basic knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to support digital campaign activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, particularly its data and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to generate reports, create presentations, and manage data in spreadsheet and presentation formats.
