Design and configure Product Information Management (PIM) solutionsinvolving data modelling, migration, integration, workflows, business rules etc based on functional and non-functional requirements
The Role and you:
Our Master Data Developer is based at our office in Chullora with a Hybrid working model (working 2-3 days in the office).
You will Support existing Master Management solution with necessary changes to design and configuration ensuring alignment to Dev Ops practices.
As the Master Data Developer, you will Involve and provide guidance withrespect to MDM strategy, methodologies, data profiling, data quality andintegration
Duties will include:

Proactively identify process and data integrity improvement opportunities and assist in their implementation
Maintain strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including the PMO, Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers
Assist in the Identification, understanding and planning for organizational and human impacts of planned deliveries, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets
Work with the Master Data Technical Lead to assist project and BAU delivery
Take proactive action to ensure that WHS practices and policies are in place to provide a safe environment for themselves and all team members, and adhere to legislative requirements, company expectations and other safety initiatives
Define and implement good practices in development and support of Master Data
Ensure Compliance to design standards and best practices

About You:

5+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of PIM (Product information management)/MDM solutions using Stibo STEP Technology involving (but not limited to) STEP Data model Configuration, Workflows, Business rules, Integration End Points, STEP Web UI, STEP REST API etc.

Design and development experience in application integration of STEP with other systems using STEP integration components
Good Knowledge and Experience in Java/J2 EE, Java Script and other web technologies like XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP web services
Demonstrated experience in implementing data management best practices (e.g., classification, quality, standards)
Certification in STIBO STEP is essential
Experience with cloud-based data solutions is preferred
Experience working in Retail or Automotive domains is preferred
