Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of individuals with cancer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Care: Provide comprehensive oncology nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field.
  • Patient Assessment and Referral: Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and refer patients to relevant specialists or services as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration and Experience: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, with a minimum of 12 months of oncology experience preferred.
  • Clinical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and their families.
