Google Ads Specialist

About the Role

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with optional working from home on Wednesdays available.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and grow our Google Ads department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treat the Google Ads department as your own, ensuring its growth and success.
  • Plan, strategise, and execute tailored strategies for clients while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and goals for each campaign to ensure measurable success.
  • Perform keyword research, ad creation, manage performance, and bid management.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and create proposals for new leads to help expand the Google Ads department.

You will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI for our clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads account management, with a track record of delivering real results.
  • Able to form, implement, and oversee Google Ads game plans for multiple clients.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and reporting.
  • Comfortable handling client meetings, explaining strategies, and setting clear expectations.
  • Results-Driven: Able to set KPI-driven goals and ensure strategies align with client objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of website editing, GTM implementation & testing, A/B testing, and optimisation techniques.
  • Sales & Business Development Mindset: Able to put together proposals and drive new business opportunities.
