**About the role**:
The Marketing Coordinator role will work across all aspects of Marketing tasks and Admin duties within our Marketing Team.

This role also involves working closely with the owners and brand partners to deliver the best experience possible for VERVE customers and brand awareness.

As our Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for the Administration of VERVE’s Marketing Department.

This role incorporates all aspects of Marketing with responsibility for upholding all digital formats of the brand, customer engagement and relationship enhancement - **no two days are ever the same**

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Working within and implementing the marketing calendar
- Execute our social media presence, including planning and scheduling organic social media content, engaging with our audience, moderating all enquiries, and reporting on key insights & trends
- Assisting in the development of promotions, branding & advertising campaigns
- Composing press releases along with managing local media and marketing opportunities with Brand Activation Partnerships/giveaways.
- Active in influencer & affiliate acquisition, monitoring & management via influencer management software
- Working with Procurement and Design Teams for product launches, marketing, staff education and PR opportunities
- Coordinating the e-commerce store: Deliver end-to-end product administration for our e-commerce platform, including product maintenance and managing new items and web inventory
- Bringing to life in-house, company-based, and sponsored events for Brand Awareness

**You will also be assisting with**:

- Social Media management across all platforms ie. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, driving growth and engagement
- Maintaining the VERVE website, blogs and other web-based assets
- Using photography and videography to create content that effectively communicates our brand, education, and consumer content
- Creating effective EDM campaigns for the customer database
- Design printed marketing collateral for gyms & digital campaigns

- Has confidence in communicating clearly to a large database

- An individual with a high level of initiative, who can work both autonomously and within a team environment

We are offering a full-time position with a competitive salary package including superannuation and bonus for on target performance (Salary negotiable based on experience). **Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
