We currently have an opportunity for a permanent full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our Southern Cross Care QLD family to work, as part of our Communications and Marketing Team, from our Support Office in Upper Mt Gravatt.

**About the role**
Working as a Marketing Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our communications and marketing team by executing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting in the implementation of communication and marketing tactics. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with various team members to eliminate some of the day-to-day administrative tasks, freeing up the more senior roles in the team to focus on delivering better outcomes for the business.
**What are the key responsibilities?**
- Provide administrative assistance to the communications and marketing team, including managing the marketing inbox, logging jobs, and assisting with tracking due dates and tasks
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Support the management of social media accounts by assisting in content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, such as conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Support the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with online sales listings across our website and both paid and unpaid online listings
**What you will bring to the role?**
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or similar, or relevant experience deemed the equivalent
- Proven experience (1-3 years) within a marketing or communications team in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms
- Desired experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, SharePoint
