We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in shaping our product offerings and go-to-market plans for B2B customer segments.
- This includes developing strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to build delivery plans for all product initiatives, and partnering with the Customer Experience Team to leverage key insights to B2B customer and partner needs.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring trends and industry developments to inform and inspire future service and product designs, as well as leading product readiness activities ensuring clear communication, documentation and training before operational handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to delivery and optimisation.
- Develop market understanding, identifying barriers and opportunities.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in product or solution delivery with accountability for delivering service solutions.
- Ability to see the big picture, connect insights to product and service design.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to create and deliver outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, innovation, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eligibility to hold a Blue Card.
