Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will drive project success by working closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document requirements. Your responsibilities include conducting solution walkthroughs, facilitating discussions, and supporting stakeholders during testing phases.

What You Offer

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with a proven ability to analyze and document business processes effectively.
  • Experience in asset finance or financial services, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate team alignment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and scheduling skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience with leasing software or Oracle e-Business Suite is highly advantageous.
