About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Transformation Office, driving the implementation of pivotal initiatives across the company. As a key team member, you will establish reporting systems that promote program transformation and enhance governance. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery activities to ensure efficient program completions, aligning with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and addressing challenges, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of central initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
  • Implement and maintain delivery frameworks, achievement tracking, and project governance standards.
  • Coordinate initiative resourcing and delivery cadence with PMOs and business collaborators.
  • Develop reports to monitor transformation program health, track risks/issues, and ensure timely benefit tracking.
  • Facilitate coordination across business units for effective delivery of cross-functional programs.
  • Analyze initiative or portfolio performance against key value drivers and support data-informed discussions.
  • Contribute to capability improvement by sharing standard processes in delivery and project governance.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the planning and execution of central initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
  • Outstanding ability in implementing and maintaining delivery frameworks, achievement tracking, and project governance standards.
  • Shown capability to coordinate initiative resourcing and delivery cadence in collaboration with PMOs and business collaborators.
  • Strong skills in developing reports to monitor transformation program health, track risks/issues, and ensure timely benefit tracking.
  • Excellent collaborative skills to facilitate coordination across business units for effective delivery of cross-functional programs.
  • Analytical approach to track initiative or portfolio performance against key value drivers and support data-informed discussions.
  • Contributing to capability improvement by sharing standard processes in delivery and project governance.
