About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Project Manager - HR Transformation to deliver critical strategic initiatives that align with our division's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create project strategies, define scope, develop solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead initiatives such as transitioning to a Skills-Based Organization, implementing a unified Culture Plan, and enabling a high-performance culture across teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and success.
  • Drive innovation and new ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in HR Project Management.
  • Proven expertise in leading Future of Work initiatives, particularly transitioning to a Skills-Based Organization.
  • Recent experience driving organizational culture projects, including exposure to risk culture.
  • Confidence in using tools like Jira and Teams Planner for project management.
  • Knowledge of industry operations within Insurance, Financial Services, or large corporates.
  • Subject matter expertise in Agile delivery best practices and ways of working.
  • Extensive experience in transformation-focused project management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders effectively.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
