Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Transformation Manager to join our organization. As a Transformation Manager, you will lead and manage change initiatives within the HR Team, driving alignment between transformation goals and project execution.About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategic change management plans that align with organizational goals and assess the impact of changes on the organization and its employees.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess effectiveness.
  • Lead specific projects, workstreams or deliverables and support the planning and delivery of Talent-related projects by integrating change activities within broader project timelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services environment, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in working in project teams and implementing change programs, with the ability to manage multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and solving them, while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
