We're seeking an experienced Coordinator to manage conferences, events and accommodation business through face-to-face sales calls, telesales and on-site guest relations activities.

This part-time role will involve a minimum of 16 hours per week, guaranteed for the successful applicant. The ideal candidate will be competent in multi-tasking and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties related to functions, special events, and F&B services, ensuring exceptional owner and guest service standards.
  • Create engaging activities and promotional programs to attract guests.
  • Contact potential leads and meet targets set by the General Manager.
  • Develop marketing strategies and work within allocated budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and promote the venue's product to potential clients.
  • Represent the Hotel at exhibitions and trade shows.
