Conference and Events Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Conference and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of conferences and events at our venues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop creative solutions to exceed their expectations.

Your primary focus will be on securing conference and events business through face-to-face sales calls, telesales, and on-site guest relations activities. You will also be responsible for performing functions, special events, and related food and beverage services with exceptional owner and guest service displaying proper telephone manner techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure conference and events business through proactive sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute creative event concepts that meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
