Event Coordinator Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing conferences, events, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek and secure conference, event, and accommodation business through face-to-face sales calls, telesales, and on-site guest relations activities.
  • Effectively perform all duties of functions, special events, and related food and beverage services.
  • Develop and work on marketing strategies to promote the venue.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and guests.
  • Support the Front Office with administration tasks.
  • Perform cash and electronic banking duties.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Promote the venue to clients and work with the Front Office to meet occupancy projections.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
