The OpportunityWe're looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to collaborate with our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare client environments for demonstrations and client proof of value exercises.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
- Support sales efforts with in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address customer needs and feedback.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience with B2B SaaS environments preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
