Transport Network Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Transport Network Manager to oversee the performance of our live transport network, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the transport network, guaranteeing timely and reliable service.
- Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with depot teams to adjust operations in response to disruptions, minimizing downtime and optimizing resources.
- Record and escalate incidents, maintaining accurate system documentation and contributing to process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including emergency services and authorities, when required.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring and managing transport networks, proficiency in computer systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
