Job Opportunity:

A Network Officer plays a critical front-line role in providing customer service, revenue protection, and ensuring passenger and driver safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to passengers on local services and the Translink network
  • Educate customers about ticketing products and the Translink network
  • Participate in community engagement programs or activities
  • Maintain a visible presence onboard bus services to enhance passenger and driver safety
  • Complete daily reports on activities and incidents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Calmness in tense situations and good judgment
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate and resolve situations
  • Teamwork and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow set procedures and policies
