Network Controller Role
Overview
Network Controller position at Kinetic responsible for overseeing live transport network performance, coordinating driver and vehicle movements, responding to incidents, and ensuring service reliability.
The role requires the ability to stay calm under pressure, provide clear instructions, and make critical decisions to support smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities

Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs, ensuring on-time and reliable service.
Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies.
Collaborate with depots to adjust operations in response to disruptions.
Record and escalate incidents and maintain accurate system documentation.
Communicate with stakeholders, including emergency services and authorities, when required.
Roster: 38 hours per week, with a rotating schedule that will include some weekends.
