This role involves driving growth and cultivating strategic partnerships for our Building and Construction team. The ideal candidate is a commercially aware, self-starting team player who thrives on direct stakeholder engagement and is committed to exceeding both customer and company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery from start to finish.
- Manage an extensive business development program, including planning and coordination of corporate events and suites.
- Implement and maintain effective customer service strategies, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Manage and grow our customer list, including key stakeholders, and develop strategic engagement plans.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or business development within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong connections with Architects, Design Consultants, and Product suppliers.
- Understanding of commercial construction process, building trades, and commercial frameworks.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and customer service skills.
