We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support customers through effective communication, resolving queries promptly and accurately.
- Analyse account performance, providing regular reports on sales trends and key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate management of these relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, data analysis, and market insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform business decisions.
- Assist in forecasting and planning by gathering and organising sales data.
- Present sales results and recommendations to senior stakeholders, utilising visual aids and clear communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably within FMCG.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
