Customer Service Professional

About You

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a contact or call centre environment, retail or hospitality sector.
  • A passion for meeting KPIs and working in a goal-driven setting.
  • A professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology—Microsoft Suite is essential, and experience with Genesys is beneficial.
  • A natural empathy for customers, with a respectful and values-driven approach to your work.
