Lead Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Lead Analytics Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our analytics practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing clients' digital measurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Advanced Digital Measurement Solutions: lead the planning, design, and hands-on implementation of comprehensive data analytics across diverse digital channels and platforms using Google Analytics 360/GA4 suite.
  • Drive GA4, GTM, and Server-Side Tagging Implementations: execute complex GA4 and Google Tag Manager configurations including advanced data layer strategies, custom event tracking, and server-side tagging.
  • Architect Robust Data Collection Ecosystems: develop and maintain client-side and server-side sources of truth for analytics data integrating with various technologies such as TMS, CDP, and CMS.
  • Provide Expert Guidance on Privacy-First Measurement: act as a subject matter expert on evolving privacy regulations ensuring clients' measurement strategies are future-proof and compliant.
  • Translate Business Needs into Technical Measurement Strategies: collaborate closely with clients to identify core measurement and analytics needs translating them into detailed technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.
  • Lead Client Engagements and Project Delivery: oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and meet client objectives.
  • Foster Data-Driven Decision-Making: nurture clients' understanding of the importance of a well-defined and tested measurement strategy acting as a consultative resource to help them build and optimize their own testing models and attribution frameworks.
  • Educate and Empower Internal and External Stakeholders: provide training and thought leadership on existing and new features/capabilities in Google Analytics and other analytics software defining roadmaps for long-term customer analytics needs and fostering a culture of data literacy.
