Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, upholding policies and procedures, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain established service standards while on shift.
  2. Forecast rosters and manage payroll costs to achieve optimal results.
  3. Supervise a diverse group of individuals, including recruitment and training, to ensure a well-structured team.
  4. Attend to guest needs and desires immediately, providing timely and efficient service.
  5. Coordinate the supervision of food and beverage outlets as rostered, ensuring seamless operations.
  6. Ensure efficient inter-department interaction within the hotel, promoting effective communication.
  7. Present neat, clean, and functionally operating departments at all times.
  8. Properly train all food and beverage team members to ensure knowledge and skills transfer.
  9. Maintain public areas, store rooms, and offices in a clean and organized manner.
  10. Participate in planning and conducting theoretical and on-the-job training sessions.
  11. Comply with hotel policies and procedures, adhering to strict guidelines.
  12. Maintain an effective reservations system for table bookings, ensuring seamless reservation management.
  13. Ensure adherence to cash handling policies and procedures, protecting revenue.
  14. Protect and maintain operating equipment to prevent downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
  15. Deter cash or stock losses through vigilant monitoring and control measures.
  16. Assist other departments or outlets when required, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  17. Attend scheduled meetings, staying informed about departmental updates and initiatives.
  18. Perform other duties as directed by senior management, adapting to changing priorities and responsibilities.
