We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Coordinator to join our high-volume kitchen team.

This is a casual role working Wednesday through Sunday, with the opportunity to work additional shifts to cover annual leave and school holidays.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be passionate about cleanliness, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen equipment to the highest standards, ensuring all areas within the kitchen remain clean and sanitized, and assisting with food preparation in accordance with proper hygiene practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or industry.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation principles.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Current RSA and RCG competencies required prior to commencement.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation standards and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
