**Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team. As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment while supporting our culinary team in delivering high-quality dishes to our patrons.

You will be responsible for;
Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, including dishes, utensils, and work surfaces
Emptying garbage bins and dispose of waste in a safe and responsible manner
Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently
Maintaining kitchen equipment and report any issues to the Executive Chef
Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Working collaboratively with kitchen staff to meet service requirements
Following instructions and perform other duties as assigned by Senior Kitchen Staff

This is not a cooking position - it's purely washing and cleaning

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
Attention to detail and a strong passion for maintaining a hygienic environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen setting
Ability to take direction from Senior Kitchen members
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, days, and weekends
Ability to perform physical work with bending, lifting, pushing and pulling a requirement of this role
Previous experience in a similar role in a similar sized environment is preferred
