About the Role

Firesoft People is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale digital projects within our Financial Services portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end projects, ensuring successful delivery and positive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Consultants, Project Coordinators, and Change Managers
  • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and pipeline management
  • Optimize resource utilization, including allocation and sharing across projects
  • Provide matrix line management, performance evaluation, and management
  • Develop and implement standard project management methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and stakeholders to deliver business value
  • Provide regular portfolio reporting, including progress, performance, and health metrics

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in end-to-end management of large complex programs within Financial Services, preferably digital banking
  • Proven track record of delivering change through Agile methodologies and operating models
  • Budget management experience of > $5 Million
  • Agile certification, such as SAFe (desirable)
  • Experience delivering change through various 3rd party vendors
