Key Responsibilities:
- Manage programs/projects on behalf of the Data Office, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Utilize project management artifacts to ensure accuracy of forecasting, delivery timelines, and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead the identification of business impacts resulting from project implementation and proactively manage them.
- Support the delivery teams with resource allocation, reporting, and financial management inputs.
- Resolve program/project/squad issues/impediments and disputes while maintaining constructive working relationships and achieving schedule commitments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Agile environment in a delivery capacity as a Delivery Manager/Lead, Project Manager, or Scrum Manager/Lead.
- Strong financial and commercial management skills to ensure effective financial budget management and project delivery to sponsor's expectations.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to engage with senior management.
- Contract negotiation and management skills to succeed in this role.
