Key Responsibilities:
- Manage programs and projects on behalf of the Data Office, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and sponsors.
- Lead the identification of business impacts resulting from project implementation and proactively manage them.
- Support delivery teams with resource allocation, reporting, and financial management inputs.
- Resolve program/project/squad issues and disputes while maintaining constructive working relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Agile environment in a delivery capacity, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Strong financial and commercial management skills, with experience in managing budgets and financial submissions.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and stakeholders.
- Contract negotiation and management skills, with experience in managing fixed-price and T&M-based contracts.
